By 15th of Every Month:

  • Remittance of Contributions Online – Under ESI & EPF Act
  • Statement of international workers – Under EPF Act.

Quarterly Returns to Local Employment Exchange Office

Every Year:

  • Jan 15th – Annual Returns under Factories Act to Director of Factories
  • Jan 21st – Annual Returns in Form L,M,N under Maternity Benefit Act
  • Jan 30th – Half yearly return by contractor in Form XXIV under Contract Labour (R&A) Act
  • Jan 31st – Annual Information about factory/establishment covered under ESI act
  • Feb 1st – Annual Returns in Form III under Minimum Wages Act
  • Feb 1st – Annual Returns in Form D under Payment of Wages Act
  • Feb 15th – Annual Returns by Principal Employer in Form XXV under Contract Labour Act ( As per Latest Amendments, Combined Annual Returns to be filed through Shram Suvidha Portal).
  • July 15th – Half Yearly Returns under Factories Act 1948
  • July 30th – Half Year Return by Contract in Form XXIV under Contract Labour Act
  • Dec 30th – Annual Returns under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (PD&R) act. to District magistrate

IN CASE OF ACCIDENT / DANGEROUS OCCURRENCE:

  • Report immediately if fatal/death & within 48 hrs in ordinary cases to ESI dispensary or Commissioner
  • Notice forthwith of occurrence to Director of Factories
